Trying to get information on a Solo Retreat for next week. Is that doable or does there have to be specific times/retreats scheduled to avail oneself of the facility?

Would like information on days of recollection during Lent, 2012 for a Social Ministry Group from a local parish. What would be the cost? We would probably have about 40 in attendance. Do you have your own retreat priests? Or do we bring our own?
